At checkout

Every purchase made through our checkout contributes 1% to removing CO₂ from the atmosphere, through Stripe Climate. The deduction happens at checkout, and the order page says so before the payment is made.

Removal, not offsetting

Stripe Climate funds carbon removal: CO₂ taken out of the air and stored. It is not an offset bought against emissions produced somewhere else.

What there is to account for

On the ground

No office, no premises, no company vehicles.
The work is done remotely, on a laptop.
Meetings are virtual by default. Travel is rare.

In the cloud

Vercel serves this website.
Supabase holds the data, in Ireland.
n8n runs the scans, and Anthropic’s models make the judgement calls.
Resend sends the reports. Stripe takes the payment.
None of it runs on hardware we own.

How we operate

What we publish, and what we hold

Cloud Hikers Ltd, company number 14644500, registered in England and Wales.

What we publish

Every rule the audit checks against is published at /rules, with its source, before anyone buys.
The report says what was found and why it matters. It changes nothing in the org: the audit reads, and every fix is the client’s to make.
The terms of sale say what happens when a check we charged for is not delivered: that proportion is refunded, rounded up in the client’s favour.

What we hold

What we hold, why, and how to have it corrected or removed is set out in the privacy policy.
The record is held in Ireland.
Checkout is hosted by Stripe. No card number reaches us at any point.
Where a client needs a data processing agreement in place, we sign theirs or send ours.
