Lead HubSpot Consultant
Permanent
Lead HubSpot Consultant | Premier UK Solutions Partner
Location: Fully Remote (UK-Based Candidates Only)
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (DOE)
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Are you a HubSpot expert who thrives at the intersection of technical strategy and client partnership? We are representing a top-tier UK HubSpot Diamond Partner currently scaling their strategic delivery team.
This isn’t just a "delivery" role. As a Lead Consultant, you will be the strategic architect for a portfolio of high-value accounts. You’ll move beyond simply ticking off tickets, instead focusing on high-level roadmap orchestration, stakeholder influence, and driving measurable commercial growth for your clients.
The Mission
Your goal is to transform standard project delivery into long-term, indispensable partnerships. You will act as the "North Star" for your clients, ensuring that every technical implementation or campaign translates directly into business value.
Key Objectives:
Strategic Stewardship: Act as the primary partner for C-suite and senior stakeholders, turning their business goals into actionable HubSpot roadmaps.
Commercial Growth: Identify "Land & Expand" opportunities, proactively spotting where a client could benefit from deeper platform integration or additional services.
Orchestration: Lead a talented squad of Solutions Consultants and Project Managers, ensuring the technical work stays aligned with the overarching account strategy.
Retention Excellence: Own the renewal lifecycle by consistently proving ROI through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and monthly narratives.
Who You Are
We are looking for a consultant who understands that technical excellence is only half the battle—the other half is relationship equity.
Essential Requirements:
Consultancy Pedigree: Ideally, you come from a professional services or agency background where you’ve managed multiple high-stakes client accounts simultaneously.
HubSpot Mastery: You possess a deep understanding of the HubSpot ecosystem (and potentially Salesforce) and can comfortably scope complex technical solutions.
Commercial Acumen: You know how to spot an upsell, manage a budget, and navigate the "Land & Expand" model.
Strategic Communication: You can translate "geek-speak" into "business-speak," making technical delivery sound like the ROI-generating machine it is.
UK Residency: Due to client requirements, you must be based in the UK.
Desirable Extras:
Relevant HubSpot or Salesforce certifications.
Experience with retainer-based delivery models.
A track record of partnering with Sales teams to close complex renewals or expansions.
Why This Role?
This is a 100% remote position within a forward-thinking consultancy that values autonomy and strategic thinking. You’ll have the chance to influence the internal processes of a leading partner while working with some of the most exciting brands in the UK.
