What you are buying, what it costs, and what happens if we do not deliver it.

Chalky connects to a Salesforce sandbox you nominate, reads its configuration, checks that configuration against a published set of rules, and sends you a report. The rules are public at /rules, with their sources, before you buy.
The report is a description of what we found and why it matters. It is not legal, financial or security advice, and it does not change anything in your org — Chalky reads, and every fix is yours to make or not make.
You are quoted from your own org before any payment is asked for. The quote is what you pay; we do not price after the fact.
Payment is taken by Stripe on a page hosted by Stripe. Your card details are entered there and no card number reaches us at any point. Prices are in pounds sterling.
Connecting requires you to authenticate a Salesforce sandbox and pass us the resulting authorisation. We use it to read the configuration the scan needs. You can revoke it at any time from your own Salesforce Setup, without asking us, and the connection ends immediately when you do.
Point Chalky at a sandbox rather than a production org. Every step of the connect journey says so, and it is the arrangement these terms assume.
A one-off report is sent by email, with a link to the same report on the web, once the scan completes. A subscription re-scans on the anniversary of your purchase each month and sends a report the same way, including what changed since the previous scan.
If nothing has arrived within a day, tell us. A scan that fails alerts us, but a report you have not received is the thing that matters, and you should not have to wait to find out.
A price is counted from the size of your estate and the number of checks run against it. Where we charge for a check and do not deliver it, we refund that proportion of what you paid for that scan, rounded up to your advantage.
For the Agentforce and revenue cloud reports this is worked out and sent by hand rather than automatically. Email info@cloudhikers.com and we will do it. Nothing about the amount depends on you asking in a particular way.
A check that runs and finds nothing to report has been delivered. A check we could not run is not.
A subscription renews monthly until it is cancelled. The billing link in every report email opens a Stripe page where you can cancel it yourself; you can also email us and we will do it.
Cancelling stops the next charge. The month already paid for runs to its end, and the scan it covers still happens.
What we collect and why is set out in the privacy policy. In short: the email address the report goes to, the identifiers that tie your order to your payment, and the configuration read during a scan. Ask us to correct or delete any of it at info@cloudhikers.com.
Our liability for anything bought through this site is limited to what you paid for it. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
These terms may change. The version that applies to a purchase is the one published when you made it, and we will not apply a later change backwards to something you have already bought.
